    A true miracle! This hazy imperial India Pale Ale was brewed with an overwhelming amount of our hand-selected Citra and Strata hops. The two come together for a passionfruit, orange julius, strawberry, and evergreen sap treat perfect for any time of year, but especially now.

    A vacation-style sour ale brewed with peach and pomegranate. Stone fruit and tropical notes meet in a tart departure from the bitter cold.

  • Grow - Copia beer label

    Maizebier Lager

    5.5% Alc. by Vol.

    The Germans probably wouldn’t stand for this, but this lager was produced with traditional methods and one caveat: Corn! 60% of the grain bill was made up of flaked maize and whole purple corn which underwent a cereal boil before single decocting the mash to produce a sweet, round base before fermenting with a new-to-us lager yeast and conditioning for six weeks. Ridiculously smooth and easy drinking for everyone.
