  • Our tasting room and pilot brewery is located at 2 Campion Road, New Hartford, NY. New Hartford borders the city of Utica. You can find is ~5 minutes from downtown Utica!

  • Sometimes! We brew the beers we think people want to enjoy and if there’s enough support to brew something again we will. But we love variety and stand by our quality with all of our releases. If you enjoyed one beer, it’s likely you’ll enjoy something different from us as well!

  • We sure do! We offer a rotating selection of NYS craft ciders, canned cocktails, and wine. Including our very own Grosé!

    We also have a selection of Poppi & Saranac sodas.

  • At this time we do not offer food in-house. We do have food trucks on site a few days a week! Generally every Wednesday, Friday, & Saturday.

We started as a nomadic brewing company in 2022.

We brewed, then took our beer on the road!

Eventually, in 2024, we planted our roots in New Hartford, NY. Minutes outside of Utica, NY.

You can drink with us in person at 2 Campion Rd. New Hartford, NY 13413!
